While I try to help everyone, there may possibly be limitations to my ability to assist. If I feel that I cannot meet your needs, a full refund will be provided before a consultation or session takes place.
RESCHEDULING
You are allowed to reschedule your Private Consultation or Content Strategy session as long as it is at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. This can be done through the Client Portal.
CANCELLING
You are allowed to cancel your Private Consultation, Group Content Coaching session participation, or Content Strategy session up to 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin. Please see the Refund Policy section regarding refunds.
If I feel that I can’t help you in your niche, a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given if you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled session.
CANCELLATION OF 1 HOUR PRIVATE CONSULTATION
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds after the scheduled session has started.
CANCELLATION OF CONTENT STRATEGY PACKAGE
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the first session you will be given a 75% refund. There will be no refunds after the 1st scheduled session.
